Remember how busy Pepper was in Lust in Las Vegas and Ecstasy in Edmonton? Well, that has been my life and then some this past year.

In the movie business, there is no such concept as "can't." When money is tight (as all of us are experiencing during this current financial crisis), the producers just pay us drones less and make us work more. The ultimate reward for actually having a job in the "biz" in 2009 is to be worked into the ground.

Anyway, this time, Pepper heads off to New York and meets a bunch of pretty hot dudes which get her going. And coming.

And then can't get home again.

Poor Pepper. Stuck in the heart of Manhattan. With all those bright boys with lean bods.

Naked in New York chronicles her satisfaction with the Big Apple.

Just now I'm catching my breath after a marathon month of writing and proofreading shoehorned in between a TV series which is going nowhere fast - not because of me, luckily - and a documentary - my first foray into that type of filmmaking which is intellectually interesting but doesn't pay very well.

Ecstasy in Edmonton starts shortly after Lust in Las Vegas left off, with Pepper taking the reader from her parents' home in Clovis, New Mexico through Los Angeles, north to Calgary and Edmonton in wintry western Canada then back to Los Angeles. Meeting men every step of the way.

Keep your eyes open for this newest installment of Pepper's adventures in the film industry where handsome hunks are just part of the job. For those of you who have not yet read Lust in Las Vegas, download it now to get ready for the coming sequel. For those of you who have already enjoyed the first Pepper novella and want more, trust me, it will be available very soon - longer, sexier and utterly uncensored.

So it went with Lust in Las Vegas, I wrote hard, I edited hard and then my editor and publisher were so impressed they wanted to spend more time promoting it...

Time for me to get back to work – and writing is NOT easy because you have to keep going back and updating things and checking to make sure everything is consistent and that the flow of the narrative is clean and… well, you get it.

But I did want to take a break to tell you that Lust in Las Vegas is on the way and should be up on this website sometime in June.

This was definitely one of those times when I wished I was stacked enough to require a bra. Going down the freeway topless is not an option in LA - yet.

Great fantasy though… Mmm – will have to work it into a story one of these days. Maybe on the slopes of off for a scene in Desire in Denver. Or on a hot day on the river in Tantalizing in Tahoe.
